The house, completed in 2005, combines a family atmosphere with cosy holiday apartments and creates ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday.

Conditions
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due within 7 days of booking confirmation. The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival. The local tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to €2.70 per person/night (from 14 years).
Cancellation policy
Up to 5 months before the agreed arrival date, all contracting parties may withdraw from the accommodation contract without giving any reason and without any penalties or mutual claims.
Outside the above period, the contracting party may withdraw from the accommodation contract by written declaration, with the following cancellation fees:
- up to 4 months before the arrival date: 50% of the total arrangement price;
- up to 3 weeks before the arrival date: 90% of the total arrangement price;
- in the last 3 weeks before the arrival date and in case of no-show: the full arrangement price is due as a contractual penalty.
Any deposits already paid will be deducted from the penalty due.
Easy to reach yet quietly located
The Plotschhof is located in the hamlet of Daunei above Selva di Val Gardena and is easily accessible via the Brenner motorway A22 and the Val Gardena main road. From the village centre of Selva, a short mountain road leads directly to the farm, where a quiet environment away from traffic awaits you.
The location ideally combines nature and good accessibility. Restaurants, shops and leisure activities in Selva are just a few minutes away by car, while hiking trails, walking paths and the protected landscape area begin right around the farm. The Puez-Odle Nature Park can be reached on foot in a short time.
In winter, the ski bus stops just about 100 metres from the house and takes you conveniently to the lifts of the Dolomiti Superski area.
