Important information

Our prices are ment for 2 persons per week.
If you stay only 3 days or less, we will charge you with an extra short-stay fee (up to 15 euro per person per night).
Additionally to your accomodation you have to pay a tourist tax of 1,45 Euro per night for each person aged 14 years and over. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay.
Your apartment will be at your disposal by 4:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. If you arrive earlier or if you are not able to check in until 7:00 p.m., you are asked to give us a short notice in advance !
Please leave your rooms by 10:00 a.m. in orderly condition on the day of your departure.
There is a single-occupancy surcharge of 10 Euro per day for Sella apartment and of 15 Euro per day for Schlern apartment.
You can pay in cash (max € 999,00 per day), or with your EC Card or by credit card.
To make a binding reservation, please send us a down payment of 150 Euro about three months prior to your stay.

Cancellation, late arrival or premature departure will incur cancellation fees.
There are no cancellation costs up to one month before the provided start of the holiday – with the exception of the prepayment.
Thereafter, up to 8 days before the planned start of the journey, we charge 50% of the total price.
Cancellations made within 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge of 80% of the booking price.
In case of no-show without cancellation, early departure or belated arrival, the total amount, i.e. 100 % of the booking sum, will be due.
To avoid cancellation fees, it is recommended that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
