The two-room apartment „Schlern“ has the following facilities:

• a fully equipped kitchen with electrical stove and oven(four hot plates), refrigerator, coffee machine, electrical kettle, mixer, etc…

• extensible dining table

• a specious bedroom with a king-size bed

• furthermore there is an extendable studio couch in the living quarters for 2 additional persons

• a sheltered balcony to the south

• 2 satellite TV

• shower/WC with floor heating and towel- and hair dryer

You don´t have to climb any stairs, neither bring your own towels and bed linens.

 Parking places for cars are available, too.

There is also a lockable ski deposit with a ski boot-dryer.

Information about arrival, departure and payment:

Arrival and departure day is usually Saturday.
Out of season shorter stays are also possible, of course.

Check In:
The handover of the flats takes place between 16:00 and 20:00.
In case of arrival outside the scheduled time, please inform us by phone.

Check Out:
On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the apartments by 10:00 am.

Booking/Payment:
A booking is binding as soon as the deposit has been paid.
